Skills Bootcamp - Inclusion Accelerator

Power up your leadership. Embed Inclusion that lasts.

Engaging, practical and designed for change, Gritty Talent’s Inclusion Accelerator Skills Bootcamp has been thoughtfully developed to turbo charge inclusivity in the creative sector.

The programme is open to 20 leaders, hiring managers & EDI leads within creative sector organisations and companies in the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (WEMCA) region.

This dynamic guided learning programme, with the outcome of creating a company specific implementation plan, will be delivered by Gritty Talent’s own senior leaders who are creative industry professionals and EDI (Equity Diversity and Inclusion) specialists.

Following the success of this programme with both  individual clients and cohorts of companies in partnership with Focus Scotland,  Media Cymru, the BBC and Channel 4 we are delighted to bring our Inclusion Accelerator programme to creative sector companies within Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to eligible learners.

The programme is heavily subsidised through funding provided by WEMCA (up to 90%)

Ashe Hussain - Business Development Manager - FOCUS Scotland

“It's all just made me think a lot more broadly about what an ED&I policy should look like and what that means practically, not just on paper.  So many things we simply hadn't considered before.”

Media Cymru, Inclusion Accelerator participant.

It has totally changed the game for us in how we understand and prioritise ED&I. We have clear plans now on what areas we are focussing on and a clear way to monitor our progress in this area.”
