We can all be the leader we wish we had. In this workshop we lay the foundations for developing traits and behaviours that embody inclusive leadership as well as understanding what we really mean by ED&I in the workplace. We’ll explore culturally intelligent leadership styles, Allyship, values based leadership, inclusivity charters and how to go about setting the tone for your whole team from day one. Our mission is to create a safe, open space for you to grow.

Bias is a leader’s achilles heel. It catches us out easily, but we can learn the skills to mitigate it. In this workshop we explore different types of implicit bias and the neurological and cognitive factors that lead us to develop bias in the first place. We then move on to developing a tool kit to help us eliminate our own biases in our decision making as leaders, right through from hiring, to creating opportunities for growth within our teams.

Inclusive leaders and inclusive teams go hand in hand. In this workshop we blow up the myth that good leadership is a top down system of working and invite all team members, to embrace the joy of inclusive teamwork and fill up that toolbox with the skills and insight to do it well. With topics such as ED&I, understanding and working with ‘difference’, collaboration over competition, bias and allyship, this course is a great way to get your teams off the starting blocks on their inclusive working journey.

Working with ‘difference’, including visible disabilities, hidden disabilities and neuro-divergence, is the focus of this workshop. Designed to support leaders at all levels, we will build your confidence to work effectively in creating an accessible and inclusive workplace. We explore the environmental barriers that those with disabilities encounter in their everyday lives and how we can change physical, attitudinal and behavioural practices to truly include everyone and promote good well-being for all.
