However for many years, the industry has not been as diverse and inclusive as it would like to be. There are many reasons why people from under-represented and/or minority groups find it difficult to get started and then sustain a career in TV/media.

At Gritty Talent we have designed a range of services to shift the dial and make sure the best talent, regardless of background, is discovered, nurtured and connected into the industry.
